Sometimes you see something and you know, this is going to be a hit. It is funny but Ina Kent’s bags are a “must have” item, and according to how well she is doing, this is not just my opinion.

Ina Kent’s bags remind me of “Sex and the City” – I saw them and I thought, Carrie would have loved them. “Sex and the City” was such a trend setting show. What a shame that “Sex and the City” is not part of our lives anymore – how I loved it. Those were the days, when I would meet up with my friend, cuddle up on the sofa and wait for my boyfriend at the time to bring us some Mousse au Chocolat. For sure the Mousse au Chocolat was not in line with the “Sex and the City” philosophy, but that didn’t matter. We needed the Mousse as much as “Sex and the City”.

However, the end of “Sex and the City” does not stop us from recognizing a great designer.

Ina Kent had her own fashion show during MQ Vienna Fashion Week and it was a fascinating and very inspiring show. Her love for details, her choice of leather, and her color schemes make the bags exciting and outstanding. For sure, those bags could be one of your next best friends, and believe me, it will stay there for a while. This is not a bag which is “in” one season and then “out” the next one.

Well done Ina Kent – I would have loved to see your bags on Carrie’s shoulder in one of the “Sex and the City” episodes. But this does not stop me from loving them anyhow.
