Shipping information
nelou ships into the following countries
nelou allows consumers to easily access independent fashion designers in Europe and other selected countries. The table below indicates in which countries we are shipping right now, how long it takes on average for an item to get to you and how much the shipping costs are.
When you first set up your account you are asked which country you want your orders to be shipped to. For any order you place, we will automatically match the shipping costs.
In case the shipping address changes, i.e. you order a present, you can also let us know during your order process.
